This could be caused by various reasons, but most of time it is caused by firmware upgrade. You can close BUZZI App first and make sure that it is not running in the background, and then open BUZZI App again to check if the same issue happens again. If you are still unable to see it in the App, please unplug and plug in BUZZI again, and wait for several minutes to check if it works.

A message bar will pop up above each unit in the main menu to notify you a firmware upgrade is available. Touching the message bar, you can choose from “update now” or “update later” by selecting the button accordingly. If “update now” is selected, then all BUZZI units will be updated at one time. If “update later” is selected, then the notification will be saved under Firmware Upgrade Reminder, that you can go back later to perform the firmware upgrade. It is highly recommended to upgrade your BUZZI whenever a new firmware version is available.

BUZZI can work with the appliances whose powers are directly controlled via a physical power switch (e.g. fans, lights, heaters, and etc.). Unfortunately, some appliances with a digital interface (e.g. TVs, DVD players, smart fans, etc.) may not be directly controlled by BUZZI because they will be in standby mode when power is on.

You are able to add up to 15 BUZZIs, and you could group 3 BUZZIs in one Group.

No. Buzzi is not compatible with Apple HomeKit.

No, it's for the US market and only work with 110-120V input AC power.

This is a compatibility problem and is caused by the new function “Share Access” that comes with the new firmware. It happens on APP version 2.95.0 (and below) with old firmware version. Please update Buzzi App to version 2.96.0 to avoid this problem.

This function works as a reminder to let you know the sunrise and sunset times of your location. It is not a timer for your BUZZI. To use it, please input city name or zip code and choose from the list of locations. The App will show the sunrise and sunset times on the main screen.
