There are two methods to get the APP:
(1) You can download it from Blackloud website.
(2) Search "I.C.E camera" at Google Play/Apple Store by your smartphone, then you can download and install it.

Please setup a Wi-Fi router for your I.C.E camera and follow these steps:
1. Install I.C.E APP from Google Play/APP Store on your smart phone.
2. Register a Blackloud account and sign in to use I.C.E APP.
3. Click [+] icon at the upper-right corner on main screen.
4. Select option "Set up by Wi-Fi".
5. Select your I.C.E camera SSID and setup a Wi-Fi router for the camera.
6. Wait and name your I.C.E camera.

Bluetooth connection only supports on iOS devices.
Click [+] icon at the upper-right corner on the I.C.E APP main screen. Then, select option "Set up by Bluetooth" and a camera to set up by Wi-Fi connection.

When you have one existing I.C.E camera already configured. You can setup your new I.C.E by copying the setting from the existing configured I.C.E.
Make sure the existing one is connected to the network Wi-Fi.
Select APP option "Initial Device (DID)"and a configured I.C.E on the scan list to copy the Wi-Fi setting.

There's no limit. You're able to bind all the cameras you want to I.C.E APP.

Connect to the same as I.C.E camera Wi-Fi router at first. Then, please click camera settings icon and select the "Change Wi-Fi". You can find the available Wi-Fi router on the scan list. Please select the Wi-Fi router and reset the camera again through I.C.E App.

SSID only allow 1~32 ASCII characters by 0~9 and a~z. Chinese and special symbols are invalid for SSID.

Method 1- Remove camera by I.C.E 360 App
Tap camera setting option of the camera you want to remove and click "Remove" button. The camera will be removed from your list.
Method 2- Remove camera by hardware reset button
Hold RESET button down for 5 seconds on your camera and confirm the LED is flashing RED bright(which means the camera will be reset and will into reboot procedures(the LED is GREEN/BLUE solid bright), after that the LED is RED solid bright(which means the camera is back to initial state).

You can reset a camera in the following situations:
(1) Camera is online: (Blue or Green solid bright)
(2) Camera is offline: (Red solid bright)
(3) Camera setup unsuccessfully or Wi-Fi password/SSID has been changed (Red solid bright)

Method:
Hold RESET button down for 5 seconds on your camera and confirm the LED is flashing RED bright(which means the camera will be reset and will into reboot procedures (the LED is GREEN/BLUE solid bright), after that the LED is RED solid bright (which means the camera is back to initial status).

(1) No Light: That means the light of camera be turned off or unplug the power cable.
(2) Blue and Green Soild Bright: The blue and green light shows that I.C.E camera is booting.
(3) Red Solid Bright: The red light shows that I.C.E camera is initial mode(ready to be configured) or the Internet be disconnected.
(4) Red Blinking Bright: During camera setup, settings changed or camera upgrading, I.C.E camera will blinking red bright.
(5) Blue Solid Bright: The blue light shows that I.C.E camera is online and that's connected to the Internet.
(6) Green Solid Bright:
The green light shows taht I.C.E camera be manually actived the video recording service and start to uploading live streaming to our cloud service.
If user do not active the video recording service then the green light shows that I.C.E camera is playing straming from camera now.

You will receive the I.C.E notification in the following situations:
(1) Motion Detected: When new motion event happens.
(2) Sound Detected: When new sound event happens.
(3) Camera Disconnected: When camera has lost connection.

You can drop down camera list in main screen to manually refresh camera list or it will be refreshed automatically while launching the camera list.

Please check if the 3G or Wi-Fi network status is stable. I.C.E performace will be effected by weak network signal.
For the better performance, you can go to I.C.E APP camera setting to reduce the quality of the streaming if the network signal is weak.

Please note the reset password e-mail only effective for 2 days. If you have problem to reset your password by the e-mail, please click "forgot password" on the I.C.E App again.

Please make sure the power cable and Wi-Fi of camera are connected.

Please select I.C.E APP option "Edit Name" on the setting screen.
